Dr Frisby studied at Liverpool Medical School and qualified in 2003.
She did her post-qualification and worked as a junior doctor in Liverpool, Portsmouth, and Winchester. She completed her GP training in 2010, becoming a GP Partner in Gosport in 2012.
Dr Frisby has additional qualifications in Reproductive and Sexual Health, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics.
She moved to Jersey in 2023 after a total of 29 years working in the NHS.
