Although the app has been designed for the NHS, some of its features can be used here in Jersey to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions.

Open the app, click 'Book' at the bottom of the screen, and simply select the type of appointment you want.
The options available at Indigo Medical are 'GP Face to Face Patient' and 'Dermatology Nurse Consultation'.
Either select your preferred surgery, or choose to browse appointment availability at all surgeries.
Browse available appointment slots by date and time. You can also filter the options to see the availability of specific GPs or clinical staff.
When you find a suitable slot, simply select it and click 'Next'.
Review the summary of your appointment. If everything is correct, click on 'Book appointment' to confirm.
